SCJ CONSTRUCTORA, S.A. DE C.V. (hereinafter "SCJ CONSTRUCTORA"), domiciled at Culturas Prehispánicas # 172, Colonia Granjas de San Antonio, Iztapalapa, Mexico City, C.P. 09070, may collect Personal Data used for the purpose of contacting you and sending you our services proposal.

Access to your data

Only persons authorized by SCJ CONSTRUCTORA will have access to your Personal Data. Should you require further information, you may request it by sending an email to the following address: avisodeprivacidad@scj.com.mx.

Data transfers

SCJ CONSTRUCTORA will refrain from selling, leasing, or renting Personal Data to any third party. It may only share the data referred to in this paragraph in order to comply with obligations, services, and requirements provided or issued by local and federal authorities.

These transfers of Personal Data may be domestic, and will be carried out with all appropriate security measures, in accordance with the principles set forth in the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties and its Regulations, as well as the Privacy Notice Guidelines (hereinafter, jointly, "the Legislation").

Principles and security measures

The Personal Data provided will be processed based on the principles of lawfulness, consent, information, quality, purpose, loyalty, proportionality, and accountability, in accordance with the Legislation. The confidentiality of your Personal Data is guaranteed, and it is protected by administrative, technical, and physical security measures to prevent its damage, loss, alteration, destruction, unauthorized use, access, or disclosure.

Retention period

In compliance with the Legislation, SCJ CONSTRUCTORA will store your Personal Data for a maximum period of one year in physical and electronic media, following termination of the legal relationship currently in place. This is intended to prevent improper processing of your data.

ARCO rights

We inform you that you may exercise your Right to Revoke Consent at any time during the processing of your Personal Data, as well as exercise your Rights of Access, Rectification, Cancellation, or Objection (hereinafter, "ARCO Rights") with respect to your Personal Data, as follows:

You must complete the Consent Revocation, Processing Refusal, and ARCO Rights Exercise Form, which may be requested by emailing avisodeprivacidad@scj.com.mx, accompanied by documents proving your identity and, where applicable, the legal representation of your representative.

If the data provided is insufficient to locate the information requested, or if it is inaccurate or incorrect, we will, within a period of three business days, request that you complete or clarify it; should we not receive a response, or should the information remain incorrect or unclear, the request will be deemed not submitted and considered inadmissible.

If the request is deemed admissible, our response period will be twenty business days from receipt of your request, and the requested information will be delivered within the following fifteen business days from the date on which you are notified that the request is admissible.

The information will be delivered electronically to the email address you provide in the Form, free of charge; we may only charge duly justified shipping costs or costs arising from the issuance of copies and/or other formats, which will be communicated to you in advance.

Right to file a complaint with the authority

You are hereby informed of your right to file a complaint with the Instituto Nacional de Transparencia, Acceso a la Información y Protección de Datos (INAI) should you consider that your right to the protection of Personal Data has been violated. For more information, visit www.inai.org.mx.

Changes to this notice

Should any modification or update to this Privacy Notice occur, SCJ CONSTRUCTORA will make it known to you on the website: scj.com.mx.
